HOW LONG WILL MY ART TAKE? |
All our textured art is paint to order, due to the various process involved delivery is approx 15 working days (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays) from receipt of payment. Digital Printed Art and Framed art prints are approx 10 working days (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). We will email you 3-4 days from completion to confirm a delivery date. delivery is between 9.00am & 5.00pm (please note we can't specify an exact time of the day for delivery) If you miss the delivery a card will be left with a telephone number for you to call and re-arrange delivery. All Deliveries are fully insured during transit All canvases are individually packaged by hand to ensure maximum protection. |

| RETURNS | If the delivery you receive is damaged do not sign for it and contact us immediately. If you are not completly satisfied with your canvas and want a refund simply contact us within 48 hours, then re-pack, and send back to us in its original condition, with a reputable courier within 7 working days once we have received and checked the returned item we will give you a full refund less 10% any postage costs. We try to display our images as accuratly as possible due to lighting effects and monitor settings, colours may differ slightly due to lighting effects or specification of monitor/settings, the colours on the website are as close as possible to the original. Textured Art is paint to order and due to the processes involved there may be slight variations in colour and texture. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer. |
